The goal is that you develop ways in defining yourself, identifying your needs and giving yourself permission to heal your wounds. With a focus to master the issue that you are confronting, you will develop healthy coping skills to live a life of fullness, which you are destined to live.
By employing a solution based and problem-solving approach, I will provide you with tasks to complete between sessions. I am a licensed psychotherapist that aims to help my clients overcome conflicts by developing tangible methods to do so. I use a variety of techniques, including mindset shifting, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, meditation, work/life balance, stress reduction, increasing self-worth, improving overall well-being and self-esteem while enhancing understanding of the psycho-physical connection.
