I am a licensed psychotherapist that aims to help my clients overcome conflicts by developing tangible methods to do so. I use a variety of techniques, including mindset shifting, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, meditation, work/life balance, stress reduction, increasing self-worth, improving overall well-being and self-esteem while enhancing understanding of the mind-body connection.
